uMngeni Water Services was proud to participate in the 2025 uMngeni-uThukela Water (UUW) Annual Sports Tournament, held at the UGU Sports & Leisure Grounds this past weekend. The event brought together teams from across the province, including stakeholders and partners from local and district municipalities, and the broader water and sanitation sector.

Demonstrating the same energy and collaboration that drive our operations, the UWS team competed in soccer, netball, and pool. The tournament served not only as a spirited day of friendly competition, but also as an opportunity to strengthen inter-organisational relationships and promote unity across the sector.
